Carmen Ferrão
president
The career of the Brazilian leader and entrepreneur Carmen Ferrão has always been marked by her business acumen. She began her professional journey at Lojas Pompéia, working in marketing and sales, and invested in her professional growth by seeking retail training abroad from reference cases. She attended the renowned Disney University Professional Development Programs in Orlando and completed the Advanced Management Program in France, among other courses in Europe and the United States. Always forward-thinking and projecting the future of retail in Brazil and worldwide, Carmen Ferrão founded the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Rio Grande do Sul and served as vice president of the Porto Alegre Chamber of Store Managers. She authored the book “In Search of Emotion – How Emotion Transforms Marketing in this Turn of the Century” and contributed to other works and recognitions, such as the ADVB/RS Marketing Personality Trophy, Businessperson of the Year by the Porto Alegre Commercial Association, and Marketing Woman by Marketing Magazine in Rio de Janeiro. Currently, she is the managing partner of the Lins Ferrão Group, dividing her time between planning for the Pompéia and Gang brands, golf and piano lessons. An art enthusiast, Carmen Ferrão is also the President of the Mercosur Biennial Foundation (2020–2022).
Raphael Fonseca

Raphael Fonseca (Rio de Janeiro, 1988) is the curator of Latin American modern and contemporary art at the Denver Art Museum. He holds a PhD in Criticism and Art History from UERJ and co-curated the 22nd Sesc_VideoBrasil Biennial (2023), in addition to curating the First Barro Biennial in Caruaru, Pernambuco, in 2014. He is a curatorial consultant for Prospect.6, set to take place in New Orleans, USA, in 2024. In recent years, he has carried out curatorial projects at Osage Art Foundation (Hong Kong), Institute Contemporary Art Singapore, Haus der Kunst (Munich, Germany), Centro Cultural Parque de España (Rosario, Argentina), and Framer Framed (Amsterdam, Netherlands). He received the Marcantonio Vilaça Curatorship Award (2015), a grant from the Andy Warhol Foundation (2022), and awards for best curatorship and exhibition for “Raio-que-o-parta: Ficções do Moderno no Brasil” from the Brazilian Association of Art Critics (2023).
Tiago Sant'Ana

Tiago Sant’Ana (Santo Antônio de Jesus, 1990) is a visual artist, curator, and holds a PhD in Culture and Society. He served as assistant curator of the 3rd Bahia Biennial and organized the exhibition program at the Goethe-Institut in Salvador. His works are part of national and international collections.
Yina Jiménez Suriel

Yina Jiménez Suriel (La Vega, Dominican Republic, 1994) is a curator and researcher with a master’s degree in Visual Studies. She is the curator of The Current IV by TBA21-Academy and part of the curatorial team for the Opening section at ArcoMadrid.
Fernanda Medeiros

Fernanda Medeiros (Uruguaiana, 1989) is a curator, producer, and researcher. She served as assistant curator at the Museum of Art of Rio Grande do Sul (MARGS) from 2019 to 2022, coordinated the Documentation and Research Center of the Vera Chaves Barcellos Foundation (2012–2019), and is co-founder, curator, and producer at Acervo Independente.
Andréa Hygino
educational curator
Andréa Hygino (Rio de Janeiro, 1992) is a visual artist, art educator, and teacher. Her works intertwine childhood memories with present-day experiences as an artist-teacher/teacher-artist, reflecting the condition of public education in Brazil. She won the 3rd SeLecT Art and Education Award and the FOCO ARTRio 2022 Award.
Michele Ziegt
educational curator
Michele Zgiet (Porto Alegre, 1980) works in transdisciplinary areas, developing research and actions that relate the areas of Language, Culture and Education. Her training as an art educator came through multiple participations in the Mercosul Biennial. She is the joint coordinator of the Orisun Oro publishing house and is responsible for the “Consultório de Descansologia” (Descansology Consulting Room) in the O Onírico newspaper.
Anna Mattos
public program curator
Anna Mattos (Cabo Frio, 1993) is a cultural producer and project execution coordinator at the Força e Luz space. She managed the Ado Malagoli Gallery at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2018–2020) and has produced over 20 exhibitions in the past five years. She is the founder, producer, and manager of Galeria Gazzebo.
Marina Feldens

Marina Feldens (Porto Alegre, 1994) is a cultural producer and art educator. She manages the Educational-Cultural Center at the Força e Luz space. In 2016, she coordinated the Ado Malagoli Gallery. She is the founder, producer, and curator of Galeria Gazzebo.
Juliana Godoy
architect
Michele Ziegt (Porto Alegre, 1980) works in transdisciplinary fields, developing research and actions that connect Language, Culture, and Education. Her training as an art educator involved extensive participation in the Mercosur Biennial. She is co-coordinator of the editorial label Orisun Oro.
MARGEM
design
Design: MARGEM is a multimedia graphic design studio formed by Aleksandra Lindenberg, João Pedro Nogueira, and Letícia Souza. They have worked with cultural institutions like MASP and Haus der Kunst Munich, as well as corporate projects for Spotify and MTV.
