Picotera Typography Workshop with William Gutierrez

Public Programs is holding the Picotera Typography Workshop with artist William Gutiérrez at the Hip Hop Museum. The activity offers an immersion into the world of picós, through picotera typography exercises with the aesthetic characteristics of this popular pictorial expression of the Colombian Caribbean. Divided into two parts, the meeting begins with a presentation by the artist and the context of picós, followed by a practical part in which participants will create paintings under his guidance.
