The idea of this project is to build new worlds that can be habited, inspired by the work of Chiachio & Giannone that will be presented at Bienal 12. A large format collective work will be built in public space with the image of a jungle. Motivated by the work “La familie dans la joyeuse verdure” that will be exhibited in the rooms of the Bienal, and by the colors of nature that surrounds the Alfandega square, people will be invited to imagine the idea of “collectively building”, a place to live. Three pieces of fabric (1.5 x 3 meters each) will be made available for embroidery designs, phrases, etc. to be part of this collective construction of this ideal, plural and diverse place, built by many hands and different perspectives. Respecting the design of each one, respecting the space that each one has chosen for itself. Think of a world where all people have a place. Living and respecting the diversity!
